Questions? We have answers
Here is a list of the most frequently asked questions.
Yes! When you sign up, you'll receive a fully-functional account for 2 weeks, granting you access to all Everhour features. After 14 days, you can choose either a free or paid plan. We'll send you a reminder email a few days before your trial ends.
Our free plan offers basic time tracking features but does not include integrations, which are available only on the paid plan. If you connect an integration during your trial, you will need to choose a paid plan after the trial ends to continue using it. If you do not connect any integrations during the trial, you can switch to the free plan at any time.
If you wish to switch to the free plan after using integrations during your trial, please contact our support team. We will need to manually remove the integration and all synchronized data, which cannot be done automatically. This is to ensure there are no surprises for you.
No! We only ask for a credit card if you decide to upgrade to a paid plan after your free trial.
This indicates the minimum number of seats required for a paid plan. It's similar to a minimum usage fee, ensuring access to the service. Even if you have 2 or 3 users, you'll be charged for a minimum of 5 seats.
Essentially, a 'user' and a 'seat' are the same, except removing a user doesn't automatically remove the seat. This flexibility allows you to replace users without prorating or issuing a separate invoice. You can archive or delete people who've left your company and invite new ones without having to change your seat count every time.
Opting for annual payment saves you 15%. Keep in mind, this discount requires a commitment, and we don't refund unused months upon cancellation. Additionally, volume discounts are available for new accounts with over 50 seats.
Yes! If Everhour isn't the right fit, cancel before your next billing period (as listed on your billing page). Unfortunately, we can't refund partial use or the remaining time in your subscription.
Currently, we only accept credit or debit card payments.
We charge in US dollars, but the actual debit currency depends on your card and bank.
